Description

Work includes painting interior finishes, demo & replace building mechanical, electrical & plumbing system, repairs/renovation to existing administrative work areas, and restrooms; construct a two-stop elevator and new stair tower; install new wet pipe fire sprinkler system; provide temporary office trailers for bldg. occupants during construction. Construct a 5,840 SF building addition. The performance period is 270 calendar days after receipt of NTP. The estimated cost ranges between 1,000,000 and 5,000,000. All work to be completed under a single lump sum firm- fixed price contract. All responsible sources will be considered.
