This is a fixed-price contract for: Antenna Coupler, 5895014584177BY, 2 EA, P/N 01-01557-004. These 2 items are applicable to the AN/ARC-169. Delivery: March 2003 Destination: B FB2065, D035K Depot Supply, DDWG-ER - DLA Central Receiving, 455 Byron Street, Robins AFB, GA 31098-1611 The approximate issue date will be: 05 June 2002 with the approximate response date of 20 June 2002. NAICS Code 334220 (750 employees). SOLE SOURCE to: Raytheon E-Systems, 1501 72nd St. N., St. Petersburg , FL 33710. CAGE: 14304. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The data or the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources are not owned by the Government and it has been determined that it is uneconomical to purchase them or to reverse engineer the part.
