- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC intends to issue the Final Request for Proposal (RFP) DAAE30-02-R-0110 for the Intelligent Combat Outpost Raptor on or about 31 May 2002. A need exists for an obstacle system consisting of Advanced Hornet (AH) munitions and other components that can be employed to enhance early entry lethality and survivability, and support sustained combat operations. The system must perform defensive, security, flank protection and other combat missions, including rear area security. Envisioned is a system consisting of AH munitions, sensors, and communications that can implement obstacle intent, attack targets autonomously, initiate combat information reports and respond to remote commands. Attachments to the RFP include material containing restricted distribution statements. This material will be posted on a website. In order to obtain access to this "limited distribution" material, interested parties are to follow the following procedure: A completed AMSTA-AR Form 1350, Technical Data Questionnaire and the signed and approved DD Form 2345, "Export Controlled Technical Data Agreement" must be submitted to U.S. Army TACOM- ARDEC, ATTN: AMSTA-AQ-APA, Dianna McGinley, Bldg. 10, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, Telephone (973) 724-4423/Fax (973) 724-7676. The DD Form 2345 can be obtained at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp. At the top of the website page, open "Documents" on the blue bar. If an offeror does not have a DOD Certification/Registration Number, the above website provides instructions for submittal of the required information to obtain one. Offerors should note the requirement included in the DD Form 2345 approval process for the submittal of the Company's State License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other Documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company. To obtain the AMSTA-AR-Form 1350, Technical Data Questionnaire, contact Dianna McGinley. For those parties that have previously completed the process during the White Paper or Draft RFP phase, follow the access instructions previously provided to obtain access to the "Limited Distribution" material.
