- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations for the purchase of a Heart/Lund Modular Perfusion System for the Hines VA Hospital, Hines, IL. A used system would be acceptable if it is in good condition. Contract type is firm-fixed price. Anticipated award effective date is June 6, 2002. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about May 20, 2002. Contract award is subject to availability of funds. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
