Description: Install security fencing at the Desert Experiment Range. The fence will enclose solar panels, a pump house, and a water holding tank. --Will consist of approx. 500 linear feet of chain linked at 8 feet in height with 3 strands of barbed wire posted at the top--includes 2 gates; 1-pedestrian, 1 vehicle traffic.
