Description

Repair, installation of appurtenances and paint one (1) 250,000 gallon and one (1) 1,000,000 gallon domestic/fire tanks located at the Federal Correctional Institution at Ashland, KY. The Contractor shall provide all materials, coatings, labor, services and insurances as required to complete all work as specified in the Solicitation. The 1,000,000 gallon tank is located inside the secure confines of the institution, and the 250,000 gallon tank is located outside of the confines. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Solicitation will be available on or about March 11, 2002, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http:/www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquistion.
