Description

FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to competitively procure the rental and maintenance of washers and dryers for Naval Training Center Great Lakes, Recruit Training Center Great Lakes, and Service School Command Great Lakes. Between the three commands, the contractor will be responsible for the rental and maintenance of approximately: 805 washers, 616 dryers, 13 stackable washers and dryers, and 192 stackable dryers. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 335224. The proposed acquisition is being processed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. As a result of the Request for Quotations, FISC intends to award a firm-fixed price, commercial items type contract. It is intended to award a one year contract for the base year with three one year options. The Government reserves the right to utilize a reverse auction or other dynamic pricing event for this procurement. Requests for a copy of the solicitation should be made by letter or fax to the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia Bid Officer (Fax# 215-697-9738). The solicitation will also be made available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
