Description: NA The Responce date has been changed FROM 22 May 2002 TO 24 May 2002. The Specification for the Boom has changed FROM 4-Section Full Power Boom: at lease 90 feet in length TO 4-Section Full Power Boom: at least 90 feet in length, with Two-Mode Boom Extension: (1)Basic Mode. Full power synchronized mode, of telescoping all four sections proportionally; (2) Maximum Capacity Safety Mode. Full power extension of only the boom inner-mid section, to a maximum in-close extended length of no more than 50 feet, for in-close maximum capacity lifting.
