NA NSN: 1615-01-411-8452, PN: 70102-08200A-050, Solicitation Number: DAAH23-01-R-0231 Quantity: Min: 487 each, Max: 4827, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX., and New Cumberland, PA. The closing date anno tated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date in Block 10. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This information cannot be re leased outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small business, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. All responsibl e sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
