Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to replace siding and windows at U.S. Coast Guard Station Michigan City, Michigan City, IN. Major items of work include the following: Replace approximately 6600 square feet of metal siding with new aluminum siding. Replace 28 window units with new window units. Remove one window unit and fill opening with matching building construction. Replace approximately 417 lineal feet of gutters and approximately 260 lineal feet of downspouts. Period of performance is not currently available, but shall begin upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 235610 (formerly SIC Code 1761). This procurement is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This procurement is estimated between $100K and $250K.
