- UNICOR intends to enter into a three (3) year firm fixed price requirements type contract for Vinyl for UNICOR FPI. This is a Nationwide requirement. The solicitation number is FN1101-02 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). Item: Offeror must be able to provide 7,000 yards of vinyl per year of Vinyl in the following colors: BLACK, BEIGE, GRAY, TAN, CLAY, BROWN, BURGUNDY, BLUE, GREEN, and HUNTER GREEN. These vinyls are to be place on a sample card identifying the vinyl color and color number. Vinyl?s are to be marketed at one price grade. All vinyls must be made available on the cut yardage basis (1 yard minimum). Quotes are requested for cut yardage and full rolls. A full roll is defined as 30 yards. FOB Destination points are: FPC Allenwood, PA., FCI Beckley, WV., FCC Coleman, FL., FCI Florence, CO., FCI Morgantown, WV., FCI Sheridan, OR., FCI Taft, CA., and FCI Tallahassee, FL. UNICOR intends to enter into one (1) base year, with two (2) option years if exercised contract. Est. Qty: 7,000 per year. Delivery is as follows: Quick Ship Category {ship in 7 calendar days ARO or less for delivery orders of 150 yds}. Rapid Response Category {ship in 14 calendar days ARO or less for delivery orders for 300 yds}. Standard Category {ship in 21 calendar days ARO or less for delivery orders over 300 yds}. This is a full and open competitive Request for Proposal for Vinyl. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an All or None basis. Variation in Quantity is +/-5%. The Minimum delivery order quantity is $100.00., Maximum delivery order is $100,000.00 and combination of orders is $100,000,00. Offers shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Office Furniture Group, 320 First Street NW, 400 Building, 7th Floor, Washington, DC 20534, ATTN: Bid Custodian. Offers may be submitted on the SF1449. Fax proposals are accepted at 202-305-7337/50. All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: past performance, specification, and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
