- Description
- The Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA)/Maternal and Child health Bureau (MCHB)/Division of Services for Children with Special Health Needs (DSCSHN), synopsis/intend to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a contract with the Task Force for Child Survival & Development of Decatur, Georgia. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with 6.302-1. The Contractor shall provide assistance to DSCSHN in the identification of best practices in the integration of newborn metabolic screening programs with other public health programs. The Contractor has spent substantial amount of effort in developing technical expertise, which are recognized to be highly effectual in improving vaccination coverage. Any other source would have to duplicate a considerable variety of current and previous efforts to accomplish the same objectives.
