Description: The Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC, intends to procure services for the modification of the existing version of LabVIEW acquisition software in the T58 Test Cell. The Government intends to procure these services from Orenda Aerospace Corporation, 3160 Derry Road East, Mississaugo, Ontario L4T 1A9 Canada, on a sole source basis. Orenda Aerospace Corporation developed and installed the existing software and maintain proprietary rights and remains the only source capable of providing the modification. See Note 22.
