Description

This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No.180319. The solicitation clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is 3663 and the North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 33422. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is issuing a Request for Quote for the following: SDI Video Routing Switcher. Model Utah Scientific UTAH 400 Stand- Definition SDI Router Unit. The unit must be configured with 64 outputs, plug in expandable to 144 inputs by 144 outputs, redundant power supplies, electronics frame shall be High Definition compatible. The unit must be controlled by US SC-3 control chassis and panels. This unit is needed to replace the current analog unit with a digital unit. The following FAR Clauses shall apply to this solicitation 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. All responsible sources that can provide and meet the above requirements shall submit written quotations by the due date referenced above.
