Description
s anticipated performance start date is 07/16/2001. This requirement is solicited utilizing best value, source selection proposal processes. The results of these processes will lead to the award of firm fixed price, with economic price adjustment contract, for a base one-year performance period that includes the option for four follow-on consecutive option year performance periods. 3). - Bonding. The solicitation does not require that Contractor's submitting proposal packages include bonding with their proposal. 4). - Insurance Requirements. A certificate of insurance is required before the start of any physical contract related work. The successful Contractor must furnish to the Contracting Officer a current Certificate of Insurance, listing the General Services Administration, Federal Protective Service Division as co-insured, meeting the minimum requirements specified in the solicitation. 5). - Minimum wage and fringe benefits required by U.S. Department of Labor are presented in the solicitation document and solicitation amendment. The wages and benefits presented are the mandated minimum wage rates and benefits that the Contractor must pay for services described by this solicitation. There are twos proposed management plan should contain details specific to staffing of reserve contract personnel, employee scheduled breaks and Department of Labor and OSHA standards for employee relief, contract staffing and the timely replacement of dismissed or retired contract employees. Locations and Government need. The Exhibits presented in Part III, Section J, as Exhibit's, represent best known estimates at this time for performance hours and locations of sers supervisory training will be based on Government provided Supervisory Training Manual. It further states that this manual will be given to each supervisor at the beginning of the supervisory training course. How will Contractor's conform to this requirement? Answer: Amendment 1 removes any reference to this manual. This document represents an accurate accounting of the pre-proposal conference. This document is issued for general information purposes only and in no way changes or alters the solicitation document. Changes to the solicitation document are accomplished by amendment to the document. The Contractor must acknowledge receipt of amendments by number and date in their submitted proposal.
