Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item: IR Target Simulator IAW drawing number 8719193, qty 2. This requirement is limited to Sechan Electronics, Inc., 525 Furnace Hills Pike, Lititz, PA 17543 and to Electro Optical Industries, 859 Ward Drive, Santa Barbara, CA 93111-2960 as the only qualified and approved vendors to produce this simulator. Government specification and drawing are not available for public release. Any firms believing that they can provide the IR Target Simulator may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 15 days after this notification is published, clearly showing their ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data and without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
