NA CLASSCOD: E?Purchase of Structures and Facilities SUBJECT: E?COMMERCIAL PROCUREMENT OF PREFABRICATED MODULAR BUILDING SOL DATM07-02-R-0023 DUE 053002 POC JACKLYN WENGSTROM (928) 328-6656 This is a Combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, as supplement with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a wri tten solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued as a Request for Proposals, solicitation DATM07-02-R-0023. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-06 (04 Apr 2002) and Defense F ederal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Supplement (DFARs), 2002 edition, current to DCN 20020426. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 233320 with a size standard of $17M. The req uirement shall consist of Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001, Modular Building 48 Feet by 72 Feet in accordance with the Statement of Work and Drawing. All interested parties may obtain copies of the Statement of Work and Drawing on the following web site: www .yuma.army.mil/contracting under Request for Proposal. The solicitation Number is DATM07-02-R0023 entitled Prefabricated Modular Building. All quotes shall be clearly marked with this Solicitation number W81R8T21010001 and e-mailed to Jackie.Wengstrom@yum a.army.mil or FAX (928) 328-6849 no later than Close of Business Mountain Standard Time (MST) 4:30 P.M. 30 May 2002. Government gaining beneficial occupancy of the building will be 120 days after award. Offerors that fail to furnish required representation s or information as required by 52.212-1,52.212-3, and 252.212-7001 cited below, or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation may be excluded from consideration. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be the most advantageous to the Government based on the following best value criteria used to evaluate offers: (i) technical specifications that demonstrates your product meets or exceeds the Government?s minimum req uirements, (ii) Past Performance, to include Contractor name, address, Contract number, Final Price, Point of Contact and, Telephone number, (iii) Price. The Government reserves the right to make award to other than low Offeror, based on best value evalua tion.
