- NA Provide 75 each New 20 foot Milvans to be used for storage at Fort Lewis, Washington. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized for this procurement. A request for quotations will be issued. This requirement is set aside for small business. The small business size standard for any concern including its affiliates with an average annual sales or receipts for its three preceding three fiscal years shall not be in excess of $5 million. SIC Code: 5088. NAICS Code: 532120. All requests for this solicitation must either be faxed to SSG John Hamilton at (253) 967-3844 or e-mailed to hamiltoj@lewis.army.mil, providing business size, e-mail address, Dun and Bradstreet number and CAGE code. Quoters must be registered in the Central Contractor Registr ation database at www.ccr.gov to be considered for contract award.
