Description: NA Commercial licensed software for ARC info, Arcview and many related ESRI software products, bundles and maintenance as well as technical support and services from ESRI of Redlands California on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. The software is used to support TEC projects. The estimated duration of this contract is 5 years and the estimated value $9M over the 5 year period. The proprietary software is mission critical and unavaliable from any other source than ESRI.
