Description

NA Construct a student dormitory and dining facility. Work will consist of the construction of a four story 300 room 600 person dormitory facility with concrete foundation/floor slabs, structural steel frame with brick veneer, and roof system. Includes laun dries, training managers area, storage, and all necessary support. Work also includes one story stand alone 1500 person dining facility which includes reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, structural steel frame/roof system with brick veneer, uti lities, parking, and other necessary support for the dining facility. Estimated cost range of this project is $25,000,000 to $100,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on/or about June 3, 2002, and will be provided on Compact Disk (CD-ROM). THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans, specifications, and planholders lists will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
