Description

NA DESC: The item to be procured is the Battery Assembly, Training, NSN 6910-01-333-3631, Part Number 5-15-13810. For use on the Chemical Agent Monitor (CAM). Proposed 5 year requirements contract will be 100 percent small business set-aside. Ordering periods will be from date of award though Sep 30, 2007. Total estimated ordering quantity is 8,500 each. FOB is destination. A Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) license is required for testing of this item and must be obtained before time of award. Estimated i ssue date is July 1, 2002. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is i n fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
