Description

NA SOLICITATION NOTICE. Project No. JKSE972016, Project Title: Install Radiant Heat Systems. Includes but is not limited to supervision, plant, labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals to perform installation of new Radiant Heat Systems and associated components for complete assembly of Aircraft Shelters, Buildings 36 and 37. Work included will be the replacement of the existing heating systems to include site work, patch and repair work, and mechanical and electrical work. The estimated magnitude of t his project is between $100,000 and $250,000 with completion within 90 calendar days of the notice to proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235110, the Standard Industrial Classification is 1711, and the Small Business Size Standard is $12,000,000.00. Bid documents are anticipated to be available on or about 20 days from the date of this notice. Only written requests for drawings and specifications, accompanied by a check in the amount of $20.00 will be accepted. Mak e check or money order payable to United States Treasury and mail to TSG Ruth Mortag, Base Contracting Office, 2800 Airport Avenue B, Great Falls, MT 59404-5570. This is a nonrefundable charge. Telephone requests for bid packages and bidders mailing lis ts WILL NOT be accepted. Bid documents will be available for review at no cost in the Base Contracting Office, Montana Air National Guard, after release of the solicitation. All requests must indicate business size and minority status. Bid opening will be no less than 30 days from the date solicitation documents are available. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as a result of this solicitation. This solicitation is advertised as a total small busine ss set-aside.
