- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F23CER210802 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. (iv) This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
