Description: The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to upgrade the fire alarm system at the Appalachian Farming Systems Research Center. Work includes installation of a new fully addressable fire alarm system, replacing various alarm system devices, adding new alarm system devices and replacing emergency exit signs. The ECC is between $100,000 and $250,000.
