- Description
- Multiple award term contract in each of two categories for various Government agencies within Printing Region 4. Beginning July 1, 2002 and ending June 30, 2003. Quality Levels III and IV are required. These specifications cover the production of face and back, or face only forms, requiring such operations as electronic prepress, film making, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS/QUANTITIES: It is impossible to predetermine the number or frequency of orders which will be placed during the term of the contract. However, the total number of orders in each category for a the term of the contract is as follows: Category 1--Quantities up to and including 49,999 copies - approximately 553 orders; Category 2--Quantities of 50,000 or more copies - approximately 147 orders. TRIM SIZE: Five formats - up to 17 x 11. Complete production and delivery schedule will be indicated on each order. Request for bid package may be FAXed to (404) 605-9185 on bidder?s letterhead. Reference Program 1403-M on request. Additionally, bidder's may download the specifications from the GPO web site (www.access.gpo.gov/procurement/atlanta/synopsis.shtml) once they are issued. (NOTE: these specifications have not yet been issued; however the target date for issuance of the specifications is May 13, 2002.)
