Description

NA Removal of roofing materials, flashing materials, roof insulation, and roof deck materials; removal of asbestos-containing materials; furnishing and installing roof deck materials, roof insulation, roofing materials, flashing materials, roof drains, and gu tters and downspouts; performing infrared roof moisture surveys; minor repairs to built-up roof systems, single-ply roof systems, and shingle roof systems; and cleaning of flat roofs. This Contract will have a Base Year period and 4 Option Year periods. Ea ch Contract performance period will have a minimum amount of $30,000 and an estimated maximum amount of $500,000, with a grand total Contract (Base Yr + 4 Option Yrs.) value Not To Exceed $2,500,000. Plans and Specifications will be provided on CD-ROM at no cost (Limit 1 CD-ROM per Firm). Paper copies will not be available from the Government.
