Description

The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Administrative Support Center (EASC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cornell University for the collection of fisheries data in the state of New York. The objective of this project is to collect data generated by dealers purchasing directly from harvesters; conduct biological sampling; collect fishing vessel trip reports; participate in research vessel cruises; conduct socio-economic pilot study at random; act as an industry liaison; and provide ACCSP suppoort. The applicable NAICS code is 541620 with a size standard of $5M.
