Description

The United States Government is announcing the expansion of approximately 10,965 usable square feet of contiguous office space with up to 44 additional unreserved parking spaces to house additional employees of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Lease Term: Three (3) years, eighteen (18) months firm Occupancy is required as soon as space is ready for occupancy (estimated 1 June 2002.) Location: The City of Santa Ana, CA at 901 W. Civic Center Drive. Offer will be submitted by owner(s), or by written authorization by owner(s) to represent. Space offered is in a quality, modern office building and conform to ADAAG, UFAS, and fully or substantially mets the seismic requirements of the level of the ?Standards of Seismic Safety for Existing Federally Owned or Leased Buildings and Commentary? ICSSC RP4, as modified in the Solicitation and the Handbook for the Seismic Evaluation of Buildings - a Prestandard (FEMA 310).
