- Description
- The work includes providing all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, supervision, and management necessary to Replace Heating System at PM170 and PM171, at Naval Base Ventura County, CA by means of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1711. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 235110. The Small Business Size Standard is $11.5M. This procurement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7) availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium; solicitation will be available for download free of charge via http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. All offerors and plan rooms must register as plan holders on the website in order to receive a copy of the statement of work and award of the contract. IMPORTANT: Please do not remove your name as a plan holder until an award has been made. The official plan holder's list will be maintained on and can be printed from the above website. Hard copies (paper sets) or CD-ROM of the solicitation will NOT be provided by the Government. Registering offerors and plan rooms must provide a complete name, address, area code, phone number, offeror type (prime contractor, subcontractor, supplier, or plan room), e-mail address and type of business (large, small, small disadvantaged, woman owned, etc.). Notification of any amendments to the solicitation will only be made on the website for any posted changes. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for any amendments made to this solicitation. NOTE: There will only be one (1) organized site visit for this requirement. No exceptions will be made. Please refer to the solicitation for more information. The Plans and Specifications will be available on or about 16 May 2002. NOTE: The apparent successful offeror must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Award will not be made until this requirement is met.
