Description

Notice that the General Service Administration, FTS Region 10, 4040 Wheaton Way, Suite 111, Bremerton, WA 98310 intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order with Option Technologies Interactive, 4399 36th Street S.W., Orlando, FL 32811 under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of the acquisition for CLIN 0001 Meeting Net Software Licenses, CLIN 0002 Base Station, and CLIN 0003 Keypads. This request is considerd to be a sole source to Option Technologies Interactive, therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All information or questions shall be submitted to Rhonda Knuckey, no later than 4:00pm PDT, Monday, May 6, 2002 at 866-900-2717 (fax) or rhondak@itsfed.com. No phone calls will be honored. Numbered Note 22 applies.
