- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating award on a sole source purchase order to Altinex Inc for: 1) 44 each of Distribution Amplifier, part number DA1222AT 1-in and 2-out, 2) 53 each of RGBHV Line Driver, part number DA1905GL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business with NAICS Code 334119 and size standard of 500. The requirements are to be delivered by 5/31/02, acceptance to be at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, with FOB Destination. The following provisions apply to this solicitation, 52.212-1 Commercial Items; 52-212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 to be submitted with vendor quote; 52-212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items and 52-212-5. Responses shall be due NLT 1600 hours PT on 8 May 2002. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. See numbered Note 22
