- NA Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision needed to perform paved road marking services at Fort Lewis, Washington. The period of performance is from 1 June 2002 through 30 November 2002. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used for this procurement. A request for quotations will be issued. This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The small business size standard is any concern, including its affiliates, with an average annual sales or receipts fo r its preceding three fiscal years, not in excess of $7 million. SIC Code: 1721. NAICS Code: 235210.
