Description

NA The Portland District Corps of Engineers plans to issue a sole source award to Gelco Services, Inc., 1705 Salem Industrial Drive NE, Salem, Oregon 97303 for construction services to install two new remedial water-stops between monolith joints 6/8 and 8/10 with an option for continuing year work at the John Day Lock, Rufus, Oregon, Sherman County. Gelco has a unique and proprietary water stop repair technology and is the only system with a double protection method that bonds to the structure as well as a ch emical gel grout filler. Request for Proposal DACW57-02-R-0019 will be available on or about 31 May 2002 and proposals will be due on or about 15 June 2002. The size standard is a concern including all affiliates with average annual sales or receipts not in excess of $28,500,00 for the last three years.
