Description

NA The purpose of this modification is to: 1. Delete Item 4 in its entirety, and replace with the following: Item 4: CLIN 0004, Quantity: 15 ea, NSN 7125-01-225-1203, PN 11023800. This cabinet is comprised of the following Lista Components: one each MW1350 Housing, eight each MW75F Drawer, one each MW125F Drawer, one each MW150F Drawer, one each MW175F Drawer, one each MW300F Drawer, one each HLB1350 Hinged Lock Bar, one each MW-FTB Fork Truck Base, and twelve each LILO Lock In/Lock Out Latch. This change replaces the MI designation with the MW designation, and changes the quantity from 10 ea to 15 ea. 2. The delivery schedule for Item 4: CLIN 0004 (NSN 7125-01-225-1203) is changed as follows: 6 each Jun 27, 2002, 5 each Jul 25, 2002, 4 each Aug 29, 20 02. 3. This requirement is added: At least three partitions and twelve dividers shall be provided with each drawer. The partitions and dividers shall not be installed, but be placed in one drawer for delivery. 4. The overall cabinet dimensions are c hanged FROM: Item 1 (NSN 7125-01-225-1199), Item 2 (NSN 7125-01-225-1200), and Item 3 (NSN 7125-01-225-1201) shall not exceed 22.25W X 36H X 28.50D. Item 4 (NSN 7125-01-225-1203) shall not exceed 45W X 60H X 28.50D; TO: The overall cabinet dimensions ( in inches) for Item 1 (NSN 7125-01-225-1199), Item 2 (NSN 7125-01-225-1200), and Item 3 (NSN 7125-01-225-1201) are 22 1/4W X 36H X 28 1/2D. The overall dimensions for Item 4 (NSN 7125-01-225-1203) are 47 X 57 1/8 X 28 1/4D. ALL DIMENSIONS FOR ALL CABINETS ARE NOMINAL. All cabinets offered will be evaluated to ensure that the overall dimensions of all four cabinets, when placed in a row, meet the governments requirements. These cabinets are for use in the AVIM Shop Set. 5. The date for receipt of offers remains at 5:00 PM CST, 10 May 02.
