Description

NAICS 561790, Full Building Maintenance. The contractor will furnish all materials, labor, supervision, equipment to provide full building maintenance ( mechanical operations and maintenance, janitorial and ground maintenance) at the new federal building, Alfred A. Arraj Courthouse, 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. The building is a 10 story tower, adjacent two (2) story attached pavilion. The solicitation will be issued o/a 5/13/2002, and will be available for download from the Electronic Posting System (EPS). The EPS address is http://www.eps.gov. A one-time site visit will be conducted at the job site on 05/21/2002 at 9:00 a.m. MST. Attendees MUST register by 05/16/2002 by e-mailing the name of your firm, the proposed attendees and their respective drivers with license numbers and state of issuance. This information must be e-mailed to david.chavez@gsa.gov. Proposals will be due o/a 06/13/2002 @ 2:00 p.m., MST. The term of the contract is a base (1-year) with four (4) 1-year options, beginning 09/01/2002. Only questions submitted in writing will be accepted and/or responded to.
