- THIS MODIFICATION IS BEING POSTED TO DOCUMENT CHANGES IN THE DELINEATED AREA FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,353 rentable square feet yielding 2,916 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Miami/West Dade, Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Miami/West Dade, Florida within the following delineated areas: WEST: SW 107th Avenue, SOUTH: Coray Way, NORTH: NW 58th Street, EAST: Le Jeune Road. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Secured parking is required per local code and ordinance. Space must be ready for occupancy on August 1, 2002. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
