Description

NA The work consists of the contractor furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all the work in strict accordance with the specifications within the allotted for performance. Contractor personnel are required to work during normal d uty hours which are from 0700 AM through 1600 PM, Monday through Friday. Contractor Project Manager will be on site during the entire work period. Contractor shall be responsible for all field measurements and quantities. Prior to scheduling work, the c ontractor shall coordinate the date and time of the proposed work with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). NO work shall be covered until either the COR or Project Manager has inspected the work and it has been approved. ALL work must be done at a JOURNEYMAN LEVEL. Demo existing a/c and heating unit. Demo existing duct. Install new 15 ton split system with natural gas heat inside. Install new medal duct with R-6 wrap insulation and balance load as needed with approximately 16 drops. Remove existing electrical pan el and replace with new 225-amp circuit breaker panel. Connect all existing circuits to new panel. Remove existing service and install new service of proper size, for new panel, with new meter. Replace all ceiling tile.
