The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Offerors mus t be approved and qualified. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. The Government does not possess adequate documentation to acquire from other than the approved source.
