Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for a High Precision Transimpedance Amplifier with Local/Remote Gain Control. The Contractor shall develop, build and supply the prototype to NIST. In addition, the Contractor shall manufacture three (3) units of a precision transimpedence amplifier meeting the required specifications as stated in the solicitation which is located at http://www.fedbizops.gov/ under solicitation number NA1341-02-Q-0326. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, NIST, Gaithersburg, Maryland. The government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 334516 with a size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is unrestricted and all interested offerors may submit a quote. The competitive solicitation, solicitation amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at Hyperlink http://www.fedbizops.gov/. The solicitation, NA1341-02-Q-0326, is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about April 11, 2002 and will only be available via the Internet at the above web site. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant purchase order. There is no written solicitation document available, telephone requests will not be honored, and no bidders list will be maintained. Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions via email to joni.laster@nist.gov.
