Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Pivotal Graphics Inc, 1435 Koll Circle, Ste 111, San Jose, CA on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase Ramtek spare parts. These parts are integral in the repair of the components of a Project Beartrap post mission processor. These parts are used as a system interface processor. They will be used at six remote sites. In order to assure mission requirements and site interoperability, these components must be procured from Pivotal Graphics Inc. The parts must be compatible & interchangeable to maintain all current systems and operations. The Government intends to negotiate with Pivotal Graphics Inc on a sole source basis. Written request for copies of Request for Quotations may be faxed to (301) 757-0200 or emailed to the attention of Betty Goddard, goddardba@navair.navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
