- Layng Creek Structural-Plate Pipe Arches on the Cottage Grove Ranger District; Work is located in the City of Cottage Grove municipal watershed and includes excavation, culvert removal, construction of two structural-plate pipe arches, riprap work, embankment, aggregate and hot asphalt surfacing, associated drainage work, and related road reconstruction activities; Work is limited to the period between June 1 and September 30 with completion by 2003; This is a Request For Proposals; In addition to price proposals Offerors are required to complete a Questionnaire; Detailed Technical Proposals are not required; Technical response elements include descriptive site-specific technical approach and equipment capability, proposed sedimentation control practices and past performance history; Award evaluation criteria include technical approach, equipment capability, and past performance history in addition to price; Award may be made without discussions; This project may include option items for additional related work; The project magnitude is in the range between $100,000 and $250,000; NAICS 234110; See Note 27; current HUBZone certification is required.
