Description

Request for quote issued for Floy Tag brand tags as follows:1.) Qty 60,000 each, T-bar Anchor Tag made of colored poyolefin tubing protected by clear Polyolefin Shrink Lock, about 2-3 inches long and tubular of small diameter (1/32 inch). The tag information is written on both sides of the tag, comes in rows of 25 and inserted into the gun and released one at a time. 2.) Qty 25 each, HD Pistol Grip tagging gun, an insertion toll that inserts tags into the dorsal muscle of the fish, uses a stainless steel needle to inject the monofilament into the tissue. 3.) Qty 700 each, Stainless Steel Needles, inserted into the gun and inject monofilament into tissue receiving tag. Required delivery date is June 1, 2002. Floy Tag brand required since the Alaska Fisheries Science Center (AFSC) has standardized on Floy Tag and no other commercial sources known for these items. No other solicitation will be issued. Qualified vendors must provide in writing Company name, complete mailing address, point of contact, phone and fax numbers, and complete pricing information for each item. This is a small purchase acquisition.
