Description
Contractor to provide transcription services on an "as needed" basis to the VA Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV for the period 6/1/02 or date of award through 5/31/03 with 4-1 option years. This is a 100% Small Business HubZone Set-Aside procurement. NAICS is 561410 $6.0 million. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 test program and parts 12,13 and 15. This RFP is in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Item format. This solicitation will be available for download on or before 4/23/02 via the VA Business Opportunities System. Any amendments will be posted at the website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all documents and amendments. Electronic offers will not be accepted. All questions shall be put in writing to the Contracting Officer (fax 304-264-3997).
