- Description
- VA North Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS) requires Intellectual Property Management and Technology Transfer Consulting Services for a VA/DoD joint venture telehealth project. Request for Quotes (RFQ) 549-02-87 will be issued on or about April 19, 2002 and contains a description of the requirements and how to submit a quote. As authorized by FAR 5.102(a)(7), solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, and no hard copies will be provided by VA. The solicitation will be available for download at no charge at the VA Business Opportunities System website, http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Vendors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all bid documents and any amendments, and should re-visit the VA web site periodically to look for any updates. All vendors are strongly urged to register on the bidders mailing list at the bottom of the solicitation download page in order to receive automatic notification of modifications or time extensions. VA anticipates award of a firm fixed price IDIQ contract for a base period of one year plus two one-year renewal options. The solicitation is restricted to small business only. The NAICC is 541110, and the small business size standard is $6 million average annual receipts for the preceding three years. Any questions must be addressed to the contracting officer in writing; no telephone inquiries can be accepted. Quotes are due no later than 2:00pm, April 30, 2002.
