Description

NA This effort is sole source to Pall Aerospace Corporation (PAC), 5775 Vista Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33760 (CAGE: 18350)?Authority and Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The proposed effort is for acquisition of 250 each Engine Air Particle Separator (EAPS) Rail Kits, NSN 1560-01-329-6481, Part Number AE-A249-13A1T, with incorporation of Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) A249-001. The proposed contract action is for s ervices/supplies for which the Government does not have adequate data available to permit full and open competition. Firms that can accomplish the above requirement are encouraged to identify themselves to the contracting officer and provide supporting evidence to permit participation in current or future solicitations.
