Description

This project consists of installing two 2-unit precast concrete vault toilet buildings, constructing one large group area and two smaller group areas (these consist of concrete site pads, concrete anchored tables, multi-unit size pedestal grills, fire rings and utility tables), constructing 18 single-family unit pads of crushed aggregate surface with wood trim borders and site furniture (this would include chain anchored wood tables, fire ring, and utility table). If funds are available, offers would include camp parking spur reconstruction and possibly campground loop road reconstruction (road work would include pulverizing existing pavement, minor spur realignment, surfacing spurs and campground road with crushed aggregate). Project location: from Reno, Nevada, drive west of U.S. 80 approx. 12 miles to Verdi, Nevada. Turn right at Bridge Street and go over the Truckee River to Dog Valley Road. Take Dog Valley Road, Road 002 over Summit 1 to Lookout Campground about 13 miles (approx. 2 miles southeast of Crystal Peak). Est. start date is 7/1/02 with 180 calendar days for completion. The est. price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS code: 234990. Size Standard: $27.5 Million. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
