This item is restricted to Boeing Helicopters, Rt 291 and Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099, Cage Code- 77272. FOB Destination with delivery to Law rence, NY 11559-1022. Require delivery is 110 each 360 Days After Contract Award. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordanc e with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. This is a Flight Safety Part for Aviation only. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHICH WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT C ONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
