Description

NA NA Defense Contracting Command ?Washington (DCC-W) intends to award a sole source contract to PKC Corporation, 5201 Leesburg Pike, Suite 200, Falls Church, VA 22041. The DCC-W requirement is for a One Year License for MS Enterprise-Wide Unlimited Usage o f PKC Clinical Coupler Set. SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DASW01-02-T-0030, which is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provision and cla uses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. NAICS code is 541519. The period of performance for the support is for a period of One Year. The following FAR provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items . Additional FAR and DFAR clauses are applicable: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.232-33, 252.225-7001.
