Description

Project No. ZNRE 00-8009-1, Renovate Toilets Bldg. 4118 at Yokota Air Base. The work includes but is not limited to: Architectual work; Relace ceiling, wall and floor, Change toilets partition, lavatory, toilet accessories and entrance doors. Mechanical work; Replace all plumbing fixtures and piping, install new electrical hand dryers and replace registers and repair duct. Electrical work; Replace all existing lighting fixtures, wall switches, receptacle outlets associated conduits and wiring, install new fire detector and circuitry for hand dryers. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
