Description: NA The work consists of installing a safety and silt fence, installing subsurface lime-cement soil coluns in 2 different test sections, excavating in test Section 1 to perform test on the exposed columns, fertilizing, seeding and mulching the test areas after completion of the soil column installation. Work is estimated to cost between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. IFB/CD wil be isued on or about March 19, 2002. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement.
